What I did
I led the design of Lily, a personal health detective that investigates your physical symptoms and gives you clear next steps. I transformed a cold and soulless form into a warm and soothing AI companion.
How I did it
I led secondary research and product analysis to understand why patients feel unseen by healthcare systems, and used those insights to define an empathy-first design under serious time pressure.
I owned the full design process: from Crazy 8s ideation and greyscale sketches through to a fully branded, interactive Figma prototype demoed to judges.
With no existing design system to hand, I sourced Healthily's brand assets and built a cohesive visual identity for Lily, grounding it in the company's existing language, shapes and colour palette.
