What I did
I led the redesign and relaunch of COG ADHD. I refreshed the brand, restructured the product narrative, and helped to define new therapy programmes that shifted the platform from a self-care app to an all-in-one ADHD toolkit.

How I did it
I ran interviews with five ADHDers and five clinicians, to identify what was blocking users from committing to therapy.
I combined this with a competitor analysis to identify how we can best differentiate our product in the market.
I owned the full design process, from tone of voice and visual direction through to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and launch
