What I did

I led the end-to-end redesign and relaunch of COG ADHD. I evolved the brand, restructured the product narrative, and helped to define new therapy programmes that shifted the platform from a self-care app to a therapy-first toolkit.

How I did it

  • I ran interviews with five ADHDers and five clinicians, to identify what was blocking users from committing to therapy.

  • I combined this with a competitor analysis to identify how we can best differentiate our product in the market

  • I owned the full design process, from tone of voice and visual direction through to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and launch

  • With no scalable design system in place, I built one from the ground up, leaning into illustration, humour and bold colour to make the experience ADHD-friendly and conversion-ready
