What I did
I led a cross-functional team of 8 across a 24-hour British Airways hackathon, bringing together engineers, data scientists and designers to tackle a real e-voucher problem. From research to a fully functional prototype, I drove the design process end to end.

How I did it
I led the research sprint, mapping the existing voucher journey, identifying where users were dropping off, and turning those findings into a focused design opportunity within hours.
I directed the design process across the full team: coordinating task allocation between the UX team, keeping engineers unblocked, and driving decisions from wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and hardcoded prototype.
I designed a consolidated voucher management experience that automated it's application to flight purchases and reduced the friction that was sending users to customer support.
